“These decisions aren’t easy, and we are deeply grateful to every teammate affected – their creativity and contributions have helped build Respawn into what it is today. We’re offering meaningful support to those impacted, including exploring new opportunities within EA,” Respawn shared on social media.
Though the future Titanfall game was axed, the third entry to the Star Wars: Jedi series is still being developed. Respawn confirmed this in its public statement, saying the future title’s goal is raising the bar for storytelling and gameplay.
