The Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants DLC is slated for release on Sept. 4, 2025, on Xbox Series X|S, PC and PlayStation 5, as revealed in a new teaser trailer presented during the Xbox Games Showcase 2025.
The Order of Giants expansion will be set during the events of the main title, introducing new locations in Rome, Italy.
One of the new locations will be the Cloaca Maxima, Rome’s ancient sewer system and one of the world’s earliest. On top of that, the DLC promises contending with the Cult of Mithras and the return of Father Ventura and Mussolini.
Notably, Troy Baker’s portrayal of Indiana Jones in the base game — providing both voice and motion capture — was highly admired by Harrison Ford, who has played Indiana in multiple movies since 1981’s Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Developed by MachineGames and published by Bethesda Softworks, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was launched on Dec. 9, 2024, for PC and Xbox Series X|S, and for PlayStation 5 on April 17, 2025. According to Microsoft’s CEO, Satya Nadella, 4 million players had played the game by January 2025.
