Ubisoft Reportedly Has 9 Assassin’s Creed Games in the Pipeline

|
- Insider Gaming reported that there are currently nine Assassin’s Creed games being developed.
- The next one to be released is Assassin’s Creed Jade, a mobile game.
- In April 2025, the Assassin’s Creed franchise celebrated two 40-million milestones at once.
Ubisoft is currently developing nine Assassin’s Creed games, with Assassin’s Creed Jade being the next one in the pipeline. Jade is a mobile game slated for release this year, with Assassin’s Creed: Codename Invictus following shortly after.
The information came from Insider Gaming’s Tom Henderson, who published an article outlining future Assassin’s Creed projects of Ubisoft. However, he didn’t include any release date, as Assassin’s Creed Shadows’ release date delay has affected the release dates of the future titles.
Assassin’s Creed Jade is the mobile title that was revealed in 2022 during a Ubisoft Forward. The game is expected to come out this year. Similarly, Assassin’s Creed: Codename Invictus, the multiplayer game with Fall Guys-like gameplay, is also expected to be released this year or early next year.
The remake of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag is still in development and will be released around the same time as Invictus. Assassin’s Creed: Codename Hexe is expected to release after Ubisoft ends support for Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
Further down the list, information regarding the games gets a lot murkier. For example, Henderson could only speculate that Assassin’s Creed: Codename Scarlet will have three different settings: India, the Mediterranean and the Aztec Empire.
Assassin’s Creed Emerald is expected to launch after Stardust. Henderson highlights that it will happen within a couple of months of Stardust’s release. This game is another multiplayer game similar to Invictus that already has a five-year plan for it, in case it sells well.
The other two, RPG3 and Remake3, have no concrete information available.
In April 2025, the Assassin’s Creed franchise celebrated two 40-million milestones at once. Both Odyssey and Origins surpassed 40 million players, according to an X post. Assassin’s Creed Shadows, on the other hand, reached 3 million players a week after release.
