Blizzard Teases New Class for Diablo Immortal in 2025 Roadmap

A new class, quests and more updates are coming to Diablo Immortal within 2025, according to the game’s roadmap presented by Blizzard Entertainment.

The year 2025 in Diablo Immortal is called The Epoch of Madness, with its first chapter, Writing Wilds, ending along with March. This update has already brought a new questline, crafting system changes, a new Battlegrounds map, and balance changes.
The Prince of Freedom chapter, slated for April to June, promises a new questline, new Helliquary bosses, gear updates, and a revamped marketplace.
According to the Roadmap, the third chapter, Flash Harvest, is set for July to September, and it is about to bring a new zone, Sharval Wilds and a new yet unnamed class in addition to Barbarian, Crusader, Sorceress, Demon Hunter, Monk and Necromancer.
The fourth revealed chapter, named The First & Last King chapter, will start in October and close out the year 2025 with another new quest and zone.
It is worth noting that some details of the upcoming Prince of Freedom and Flash Harvest chapter remain under wraps and are yet to be revealed.
As of June 2023, Diablo Immortal generated approximately $525 million in player spending within its first 12 months of release. It is worth noting that this figure excludes revenue from the Chinese market and the PC version. By October 2024, monthly in-app player spending had reached $5.05 million, while in the very first month, the game earned $42.2 million in in-app purchases.
