Supernatural handyman simulator The Lift hit 270,000 wishlists on Steam, according to the announcement posted on the title’s official X (formerly Twitter) account on Nov. 19, 2025.
Published by TinyBuild and developed by Fantastic Signals, a studio whose team members contributed to Pathologic 2 and Ori and the Will of the Wisps, The Lift is slated for release in 2026.
The game will allow players to assume control over a handyman renovating a massive research facility, which once was humanity’s most advanced research facility, until a catastrophic incident left it drifting through the void, plagued by cosmic decay and slowly fading into oblivion along with its dark secrets.
As of the time of writing, the title’s Steam page lists as minimum system requirements 64-bit Windows 10 as the operating system, along with Intel Core i7-9700 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, as well as 16 GB RAM and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 5700 or Intel Arc A750 GPU. The Lift also requires DirectX Version 11 support and 20 GB of available storage space.
