Ghost of Tsushima becomes Steam Deck Verified in latest update

On Oct. 28, 2025, Ghost of Tsushima’s Steam version has finally been Steam Deck Verified. This means that the game should be able to run on the Steam Deck without any problems, essentially allowing players to play the game on the go.
Additionally, this update has separated the single-player game and the online multiplayer Legends Mode. The latter is now available as a free DLC for those who own the Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut on PC, but players need to have a PlayStation Network Account to be able to play the mode. Players are also not able to play the mode on the Steam Deck.
Here are a few more of the fixes that were made in this update:
- Various user interface optimizations for Steam Deck.
- Added a Steam Deck graphics preset.
- Resolved an audio bug that occurred for some players during the Eternal Blue Sky mission.
- Fixed a crash related to Steam Input.
- Updated AMD FSR to version 3.1.4
- When enabling AMD FSR 4 in the driver, the game now also displays this version in the menu and launcher.
- Various performance optimizations and stability improvements.
Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut was released on PC on May 16, 2024. The game was originally released on the PlayStation 4 on July 17, 2020, and then released on the PlayStation 5 on Aug. 20, 2021.
