Turtle Beach released an updated version of the PDP Riffmaster wireless guitar controller that is compatible with the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. The new version of the controller was released on Oct. 17, and is priced at $149.99.
Previously, the wireless guitar controller was only available for Xbox and PlayStation. Each controller is sold as a platform-specific device, therefore a Riffmaster wireless guitar controller for the PlayStation will not be supported on the Nintendo Switch.
The PDP Riffmaster wireless guitar controller supports up to 30-foot low latency wireless connection and has a built-in rechargeable battery for up to 36 hours of play time per charge. As of writing, the hardware has 4.7 out of 5 stars on the official turtlebeach website, with 127 users having provided input.
Upon purchasing, the product comes with the wireless guitar controller, a 1.2 meter USB-C charging cable, and a shoulder strap. The controller is an officially licensed Nintendo product, and is fully ocmpatible with Fornnite festival. It features a built-in analog stick.
