ARC Raiders Announces Three-Day Server Slam Open Test, Opens Pre-Orders

ARC Raiders will be running a three-day Server Slam Open Test during Oct. 17–19, 2025, across all platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.

The action of the event will take place on Dam Battlegrounds, where players will be able to experience elements of progression and crafting while completing a set of quests.

While all the participants of the test will receive a Server Slam Exclusive backpack, the progress made during the three days of the test won’t be carried over to the launch version of the game.

Notably, the test is coming despite the fact that earlier this year, the game’s developers claimed that ARC Raiders wouldn’t host any more playtests prior to its full release.

On top of that, the game’s developer and publisher, Embark Studios, opened pre-orders for the game, with the Standard Edition priced at $40 USD and the Deluxe Edition priced at $60, with all pre-orders receiving the Lucky Duck Bundle, which contains the Hatchling Backpack and Golden Rubber Duck Backpack Charm.

Playable in teams of three, two, or solo, the third-person PvPvE extraction shooter ARC Raiders is slated for release on Oct. 30, 2025.

The game takes place in a distant future on Earth, where mysterious and deadly “ARC” robots have taken over the surface. Some residents of humanity, forced to live underground and known as “raiders,” choose to go above ground, also known as “the topside,” to collect resources to sell.
