Pokémon Unite Introduces More Mega Evolution Pokémons This October

A post on the official Pokémon X account revealed that Pokémon Unite will be introducing more mega evolutions into the game in October. The post mentioned that the Pokémons to be added to the game are Mega Lucario and Mega Charizard X.
Pokémon Unite will be adding the two Pokémons on Oct. 3 and Oct. 24, respectively. In addition to that, the post also hinted that two more Pokémons will be added before the end of 2025.
Recently, Pokémon Unite announced that a new Pokémon is coming to the game, and it is revealed to be Pawmot. The reveal was only a short video showing its abilities, but there’s not much known aside from what was included in the video.
Mega Evolutions seemed to have been planned by the developers for quite some time now, as an Aug. 29 announcement revealed that there will be Unite Licenses for Mega Mewtwo X and Mega Mewtwo Y to be added on Sept. 4.
Pokémon Unite is Pokémon’s take on a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA). It ditches away bases, turrets, and other traditional MOBA elements in favor of a time limit and a point system. The game was released in 2021 and is available on the Nintendo Switch and mobile devices.
