AMD has officially announced the new Radeon RX 9060 XT GPU at Computex 2025, following up on the success of the Radeon RX 9070 XT.
According to AMD, the Radeon RX 9060 XT 8GB features 32 compute units and 8 GB of VRAM, running at a base clock of 2.53 GHz with a boost clock of up to 3.13 GHz. The card utilizes a 128-bit memory interface and includes 32 MB of Infinity Cache. The RX 9060 XT features a typical board power starting at 150W. The GPU is priced at $299.
The AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB offers a similar architecture but doubles the VRAM to 16 GB. It shares the same 32 compute units, base and boost clocks of 2.53 GHz and 3.13 GHz, respectively, and a 128-bit memory interface with the same 32 MB Infinity Cache. However, its power consumption is slightly higher, starting at 160W. This model is priced at $349.

AMD expects the Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics cards to be available from the company’s partners, including Acer, ASRock, ASUS, Gigabyte, PowerColor, Sapphire, Vastarmor, XFX and Yeston, beginning later in 2025.
Notably, earlier this year, AMD CEO Lisa Su claimed that the RX 9070 XT graphics card has officially achieved a 10x increase in sales compared to the previous Radeon generation.
