Little Kitty, Big City is an adventure game where players take control of a cat lost in a city. The main objective of the game is to safely make it home. Players can also tackle quests and do cat things, such as catching birds and knocking things off balance, while roaming around the game’s limited open-world environment.
Hats are the game’s version of collectibles. Players are incentivized to explore and do quests from other animals present in the game to be able to get them. In February of this year, Little Kitty, Big City collaborated with Balatro and added a free Joker hat just for Steam users.
Little Kitty, Big City was initially released on May 9, 2024, for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and the Nintendo Switch. The game was received well by critics, earning a “Generally Favorable” score on Metacritic. Little Kitty, Big City reached a peak concurrent player count of 3028 on Steam.
