Razer pulls Blade 18 and Blade 16 configurator pages from the website for the US while other regions remain unchanged. As of the time of writing, only Blade 14 was available on the US Razer’s website.
The Blade 16 and Blade 18 series feature the latest GeForce RTX 50 series GPUs, combined with high-performance processors such as the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370. At the moment, the product pages only display a Notify Me option, and both the specifications and FAQ sections have been removed from the US site.
According to the reports from The Verge, the Razer Blade 16 was still up for purchase just a week ago, on April 1, 2025. Also, the company is still selling 16 an 18 Blade models in Canada.
The heavy tariffs on imports from China, Vietnam, Cambodia and Taiwan, along with other countries, not only forced Nintendo to halt preorders for Nintendo Switch 2 in the US and Canada with possible console price exceed in the future but also started affecting sales of various other tech companies in the US, including Razer.
The tariffs are effective from today, and the Trump administration has just announced a massive 104% duty on Chinese electronic imports that will affect both console and PC manufacturers on top of the earlier announced 25% tariff that covers not only raw aluminum and steel but also finished products such as PC cases and graphics cards.
