The tournament, which ran from March 8 to March 16, featured 16 Dota 2 teams, with 10 squads invited directly and six more had earned their place through qualifiers. PGL Dota 2 Wallachia Season 3 features a prize pool of $1,000,000.
The grand finals saw Team Liquid, champions of The International 2024, standing against Tundra Esports. Team Liquid wasted no time, seizing an early advantage with two consecutive wins. Tundra managed to claw one game back, but Team Liquid’s relentless pressure saw them win the fourth game, sealing the championship with a 3:1 score and confirming their place as one of the top DOTA 2 teams of the season.
