Hogwarts Legacy to Lead PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for April 2025

Hogwarts Legacy and seven other titles, including Battlefield 1, are coming to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in April 2025.

Released in 2023, Hogwarts Legacy, developed by Avalanche Software and published by Warner Bros. Games under the Portkey Games label, is coming for PlayStation 4|5 consoles within PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscription plans.

Set in the Wizarding World universe, the game takes place about a hundred years before the events of the Harry Potter series. In Hogwarts Legacy, players take on the role of a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, who possesses the power to control a mysterious ancient magic and holds the key to an ancient secret that threatens the stability of the wizarding world. Protoganist is tasked with the mission to discover the reasons behind the resurgence of this forgotten magic and those who are trying to harness its power.

Blue Prince, a genre-bending architectural adventure developed by Dogubomb and published by Raw Fury, comes to the PlayStation Plus Catalog on day one launch on April 10, 2025.

The upcoming title will be available only for PlayStation 5 within PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium plans, offering players to explore a sprawling manor with 45 rooms, each with its own puzzles and decisions.

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage – Tape 2, the second chapter developed and published by Don’t Nod, famous for their Life is Strange series, is arriving for PS Plus Extra and Premium.

Narrative-driven game, set in 1995 in the quaint town of Velvet Cove, Michigan, explores the lives of four high school girls to a 90s-inspired soundtrack. The game comes only for PS5.

EA Sports PGA Tour, also called EA PGA Tour, a golf simulator developed by EA Tiburon and published by EA Sports, is coming within PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscriptions for PlayStation 5 only.

Playable tour players will include Cameron Champ, Tony Finau, Nelly Korda, Hideki Matsuyama, Xander Schauffele, Scottie Scheffler, Jordan Spieth, Im Sung-Jae and Lexi Thompson.

Battlefield 1, a 2016 first-person shooter game developed by DICE and published by Electronic Arts, is coming with PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscriptions for PlayStation 4 only.

Battlefield 1 is the tenth installment in the Battlefield series. It marked a departure for the series by setting the game in World War I. Its single-player mode, titled War Stories, explores the experiences of various soldiers across different theaters of World War I, including the Western Front, the Italian Front, Gallipoli, and Arabia.

PlateUp!, a 2022 restaurant management simulation video game with roguelike elements, developed by It’s Happening and published by Yogscast Games, is coming for PlayStation 4|5 consoles within PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscription plans.

This management simulator is a co-op title for one to four players that tasks gamers with the job of operating the restaurant by taking orders, preparing food, serving food, and cleaning dishes.

Alone in the Dark 2, a 1993 survival horror video game developed and published by Infogrames, is now playable on PlayStation 4|5 for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers.

The game puts players in the adventure of Edward Carnby and Ted Stryker on Christmas 1924, three months after the events of Alone in the Dark. Supernatural Private Eye and his partner are on the case of a missing girl, young Grace Saunders. Their investigation leads them to a mysterious old mansion known as Hell’s Kitchen, the stronghold of a notorious gang and its ruthless crime boss.

War of the Monsters, a fighting video game developed by Incog Inc. Entertainment and published by Sony Computer Entertainment in 2003 is now playable on PlayStation 4|5 for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers.

The game is set in the aftermath of an alien invasion of Earth where their hazardous fuels have spawned giant monsters which roles players take to battle one another in city environments. War of the Monsters pays homage to kaiju movies and 1950s science fiction films.
