A few insiders have reported that a remake of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion could drop anytime soon. According to NateTheHate, both the announcement and the game will be released in the second half of April.

Additionally, he mentioned that the announcement and the release gap will be so minimal that a shadow drop of the game is possible. According to Video Games Chronicle, Jeff Grubb has also weighed in on the rumors, confirming that the game is going to be shadow dropped any moment this month.

Insider Gaming pointed out that trailers of the Oblivion Game of the Year Edition Deluxe have disappeared. The change in the Store page can be seen on SteamDB. According to them, this is a common step before a remake or a remaster is revealed.
