South Korean team T1 became the champions of the Valorant Masters Bangkok 2025, defeating G2 Esports. With the score of 3:2 in their favor T1 is crowned the first major international LAN competition of the 2025 season.
The grand final started on the Lotus map. G2 ended it with 13:5 in their favor. But after a good warm-up on Lotus, T1 took the Haven map, with 13:9.
Abyss, the third map, was G2’s map pick, but T1 took an early 6:0 lead. G2 managed to fight back, bringing the score to a tied 11:11 and then G2 even secured a 13:11 win, putting them one map away from victory.
With the championship on the line, the teams moved to the Split map. G2 initially looked to be in control, taking an 8:4 lead in the first half, but T1 mounted a comeback, taking the map to overtime and securing a 15:13 win to force a fifth and final map.
The final map, Pearl, saw G2 try to rally after losing the advantage. But T1 dominated early, leading 5:1. After that, the map went to overtime, where T1 managed to hit a 16:14 scoreline, clinching the victory and the Valorant Masters Bangkok trophy.
