Monster Hunter Wilds has reached over 1 million concurrent players on Steam in eight hours after its release, becoming the 8th game ever to achieve such numbers and also the very first Capcom title ever to reach such stats.
Monster Hunter Wilds is a successor to Monster Hunter: World (2018) and the sixth installment in the franchise. The title is available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It is worth noting that earlier today, the game reached more than 800k concurrent players on Steam within just an hour of its release.
