As was previously reported by Gaming.News, founded in March 2025, this subsidiary, is led in part by the son of Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot as co-CEO and holding the rights to major franchises like Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six.

Vantage Studios gathers together teams primarily based in Montréal, Quebec, Sherbrooke, Saguenay, Barcelona, and Sofia.
