Vampire Survivors will get a board game version, according to an announcement posted on the game’s official X (formerly Twitter) account.
While Poncle, the studio behind the franchise, hasn’t provided many details about the board game, it announced that a Kickstarter campaign for the game will start in autumn 2025.
Initially launched for macOS and Windows PCs on Oct. 20, 2022, the game is now also playable on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, Android and iOS platforms, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
Vampire Survivors has received six awards in different categories.
Since its launch, Vampire Survivors has received six DLCs: Legacy of the Moonspell, Tides of Foscari, Emergency Meeting, Operation Guns, Ode to Castlevania and Emerald Diorama.
As of the time of writing, the game has an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating on Steam with 239,420 reviews and an all-time peak of 77,061 players, according to SteamDB.
It is worth noting that a film adaptation of Vampire Survivors is currently in the works despite the fact that the roguelike shoot ‘em up has no plot.
