Golden Joystick Awards, also known as the People’s Gaming Awards, as it chooses winners based on public voting results, revealed winners across 21 categories during its 43rd ceremony hosted in London on November 20, 2025.

Launched in 1983, the Golden Joystick Awards is the longest-running video game award ceremony and the second-oldest after the Arcade Awards, which were launched in 1981 but closed in 1997.
