The Xbox Retro Classics service, introduced by Microsoft, debuted in May 2025. Microsoft mentioned that it is planning for the service to have more than 100 titles over time. The games being added to the Xbox Retro Classics service are from Activision and Blizzard’s early days.
The service is available for those subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass for no additional charges. Xbox’s retro classic service is the product of the collaboration between Xbox and Antstream Arcade.
