The Nintendo Store app officially launched on the App Store and Google Play on Nov. 5, 2025, allowing users to surf through Nintendo’s game catalog along with hardware, accessory and merchandise listings.
Besides the major shopping feature, the app allows Nintendo fans to stay up-to-date with the company’s latest news and receive notifications about sales.
Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch owners can track their play activity via the Nintendo Store app if signed in with the relevant Nintendo Account. On top of that, Nintendo 3DS and Wii U system users are able to see their play activity logged prior to February 2020.
Originally released as the My Nintendo app in Japan in April 2020, Nintendo Store is free on both Android and iOS platforms.
The news comes on the heels of Nintendo Switch 2 surpassing 10 million copies sold, as reported by Gaming.News.
