Key points

  1. Riot announced the rerelease of Arcane Fractured Jinx, a luxury skin previously launched through a gacha system.
  2. The exact rates and acquisition methods for Arcane Fractured Jinx were not officially confirmed.
  3. The skin rejoins League of Legends during patch 25.23, which begins on Tuesday, Nov. 19.

Riot is rereleasing various Arcane merchandise, with League of Legends receiving an Arcane Fractured Jinx relaunch on Nov. 19, the beginning date for patch 25.23. The skin received minor adjustments to provide more value for the skin’s exalted tier pricing structure, which is one of the highest skin rarities currently offered in League of Legends. This tier of skin is locked behind a gacha system, requiring RP to roll for exclusive goods.

Riot has not officially confirmed that the good will be only available via gacha, but no announcement regarding a change in rarity was made. As mentioned before, exalted-tier skins are traditionally only available through a gacha system, with Riot marketing them as luxury goods. To acquire an exalted-tier skin, players, at minimum, thereby assuming they pull the unit through the pity system, will then cost 32,000 RP, translating to roughly $250.

The updated Fractured Jinx skin will have a spawn-in animation when the game starts, alongside visual updates across all three of her forms. Shimmer Jinx and Powder are receiving brand-new recalls, according to Riot’s official blog post. Various other Riot Games IPs, such as TFT and Wild Rift, are also celebrating the return of Arcane-themed cosmetics within their respective in-game stores.

League of Legends esports is currently celebrating Worlds; the finals are scheduled towards the end of this week.
