EA debuts Battlefield 6 Rogue Ops season 1 trailer

EA published a trailer for Battlefield 6 Rogue Ops season 1, which is scheduled to debut on Oct. 28. The official gameplay trailer debuted on Oct. 22, teasing new additions to the AAA title. The trailer showcased edited gameplay footage of combat, teasing the upcoming weapons, map, and more.
Blackwell Fields is the new map, while Strikepoint is the new game mode. Blackwell Fields is a map that is said to support all combat sizes, alongside both land and air vehicles. Strikepoint is an upcoming 4v4 team tactical mode, where squads fight one another across multiple rounds to capture a key objective.
The SOR-0300SC carbine, GGH-22 sidearm, Mini Scout sniper rifle, and rail cover and LPV0 attachment are the new attachments to join the game. The APC Traverser Mark 2 is a land vehicle that seats four: a driver, a roof gunner, and two backseat passenger side gunners.
Battlefield 6 has sold over 7 million copies; the title is EA’s biggest launch in franchise history, according to a press release published on Oct. 16. Over 172 million matches were played online, and over 15 million hours were watched on streaming services.
The game achieved the most concurrent players in Battlefield history, with the Steam iteration of the game having surpassed 700,000 concurrent players on the platform. The total number of players across platforms is projected to be much higher, but other console concurrent player figures are not readily available.
