Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds released on Sept. 25, 2025, for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. On Steam, the title’s peak concurrent player count was 13,630. The Switch 2 version of the game is coming later in the year, and the title supports full cross-platform play.
