The global release of Terminator 2D: No Fate was rescheduled to Nov. 25, 2025, from the initial October 31, 2025, due to ongoing global trade and tariff changes that delayed shipment of the components for the Day One and Collector’s Editions of the game, according to the announcement from the game’s publisher, Reef Entertainment.
The title will be playable on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows PC, and Nintendo Switch 2.
Developed by Xeno Crisis creators Bitmap Bureau, the arcade 2D side-scrolling action title Terminator 2D: No Fate follows the story of the Terminator 2: Judgment Day movie, blending its events with original scenarios and offering multiple endings.
The game allows players to control Sarah Connor and the T-800 as they take on the T-1000 and try to stop Skynet’s plans before the human race is annihilated.
