Forza Horizon 6 is set in Japan and is coming in 2026, as was revealed on Sept. 25, 2025, during the Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2025 broadcast.
The game will become the sixth title in the Forza Horizon series, following 2021’s Forza Horizon 5, and the twelfth main installment in the Forza series.
According to the official teaser trailer, Forza Horizon 6 will join Microsoft Gaming’s subscription service, Xbox Game Pass, at launch.
The game’s Cultural Consultant, Kyoko Yamashita, revealed in talks with Joe Skrebels, Xbox Wire Editor-in-Chief, that the title will feature seasonal changes, which will affect not only visuals but the game’s process as well.
