Sci-Fi Horror Game Soma Announces 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition for Nintendo Switch

On Sept. 22, 2025, the developers behind SOMA, Frictional Games, announced that a 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition and a Physical Edition for the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 is now available to order.
The 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition contains the following:
- SOMA game card for the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.
- Reversible Cover with alternate artwork
- Original Art Book
- Omnitool Keychain
- Soundtrack CD
- Sticker Sheet
- Collector’s Box
The game card, while compatible with both the Switch and the Switch 2, will have improved resolution, stable refresh rate, better textures, higher detail level and reduced loading times.
The developers announced that the collector’s edition will only be available for a limited time and no more will be printed after this campaign. They also mentioned that this edition might be subject to further upgrades like a hardcover book, a deluxe box or an additional gift if certain Kickstarter goals are met.
SOMA was initially released in 2015 for Linux, OS X, PlayStation 4 and PC. An Xbox One version followed two years later and the Switch version was recently released on July 24, 2025. SOMA is a survival horror game focusing more on psychological horror.
