Kingdom Come: Deliverance II received a secret ending in which Henry of Skalitz alters history if he single-handedly wipes out an enemy army. The new achievement was added in the latest Patch 1.4.
As was spotted by a Redditor under the nickname TheGhostlyGamer the secret ending that rewards players who decide to go full-on war machine can be reached in the quest The Lion’s Den which normally requires infiltrating King Sigismund’s camp to solve a murder through stealth, investigation, and social cunning. But if players goes with a more direct tank-style approach and promptly massacre hords of enemy’s soldiers the game will rewardd them with an endgame screen reading: “You changed history! Sigismund lost his army and returned to Hungary in disgrace.”

Notably, the endgame message continues telling that Henry will be living happily as Sir Radzig’s heir, until 1416, when he’ll join his father on a trip to Kuttenberg.
The date 1416 has great significance here because, historically, the actual Racek Kobyla of Dvorce (upon whom Radzig is based) was a supporter of Jan Hus, a theological demagogue who dared to question Catholicism. This did not gain popularity among the deeply devout Catholic peasants of Kuttenberg, who tore Racek apart in an inn on the streets of Kuttenberg that year.
Released on Feb. 4, 2025, developed by Warhorse Studios and published by Deep Silver, the sequel to the 2018 Kingdom Come: Deliverance is playable on PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X|S.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II takes place in the year 1403 in the Kingdom of Bohemia, then part of the Lands of the Bohemian Crown and the Holy Roman Empire, in what is now the Czech Republic. The game directly follows the end of the first Kingdom Come: Deliverance, centers on the story of the protagonist Henry, and takes place during the turmoil of a civil war, where Wenceslaus IV fights against the invading Sigismund, King of Hungary and Croatia, and his allies.
Following the release of the Brushes with Death and Legacy of the Forge DLCs, the game will get one more major paid expansion, Mysteria Ecclesia, slated for release in winter 2025, in which Henry will undertake a covert mission to the Sedlec Monastery, where he must navigate the politics of a cloistered community and combat the spread of a deadly illness.
As of the time of writing, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II has a “Very Positive” rating on Steam, with 85,042 reviews and an all-time peak of 256,206 concurrent players, according to SteamDB.
