On Sept. 10, 2025, Battlestate Games revealed Escape from Tarkov: Arena’s roadmap until November 2025. This includes reworks on game mechanics, the first season’s battle pass and a rework to the game’s ranked system.
The press release delves deeper into the changes that the game will undergo. For example, patch 0.3.4, which will be launched in September, will focus on the revision of various game mechanics, like the CheckPoint respawn system.
In October, the game’s battle pass is expected to arrive, as well as some quality-of-life changes and technical improvements. The developers mentioned that they “conducted a thorough analysis of player feedback regarding game progression speed, optimal BattlePass duration, and the quality and quantity of rewards offered.”
Finally, in November, the patch will feature a complete overhaul of the rating system. The developer mentioned that they made an analysis of the current system and that they are addressing all key points that need to be addressed.
