Roblox has rolled out a Beta version of Roblox Moments, its new in-house app that allows users to capture, edit, and share their gameplay directly within the platform.
According to the official statement Roblox has developed new creator tools that support content capture, editing, sharing, and discovery features specially for Roblox Moments.
The company has already shared the source code with selected creators, enabling them to build their own in-experience creations and discovery systems, with these API-based capabilities set to open up in late 2025.
While Roblox Moments is initially presented as a platform for short-form videos, the tools and APIs powering it are also designed to support other forms of in-experience creation.
