In a promo video and official announcement on Xbox Wire, Microsoft Gaming highlighted that the feature is oriented toward back-seat passengers first but didn’t provide precise information regarding whether drivers and front-seat passengers will be able to use the feature (at least when the car is parked and it is safe).

Xbox Cloud Gaming (beta) in cars will be available for members of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription plan.
