Bubsy in: The Purrfect Collection was released worldwide on Sept. 9, 2025, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
Developed by Limited Run Games and published by Atari, the collection compiles the first four Bubsy games, including Bubsy in: Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind, Bubsy II, Bubsy in: Fractured Furry Tales, and Bubsy 3D.
All the titles packed in the Purrfect Collection are emulated through Limited Run Games’ Carbon Engine.
All included titles feature quality-of-life enhancements, including the addition of cheats and the ability to create save states and rewind gameplay.
Besides that, an in-game Meowseum features multiple images and videos for viewing, including behind-the-scenes materials, advertisements, interviews with development team members, original game manuals, comics that were packed in with the original game releases, and the 1993 TV Bubsy series pilot.
