Ready or Not will get a VR mod created by members of its community, Kitt & Mike VRO, according to an official announcement posted on the official X (formerly Twitter) account of the game’s publisher and developer, Void Interactive.
While the exact release date is yet to be revealed, it is already known that this PC-compatible mod, which will make the full game playable in VR, will be free and will feature a custom body rig, manual reloads, team hand gestures and a radio.
The game is set in the crime-ridden streets of Los Sueños, allowing players to assume the roles of elite SWAT operators facing bomb threats, hostage rescues, armed standoffs and other routines typical of a police tactical unit.
Ready or Not, playable on Windows PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, surpassed 11 million copies sold across all platforms in July 2025.
As of the time of writing, the tactical first-person shooter has an all-time peak of 55,174 concurrent players, according to SteamDB, and a “Mostly Positive” rating on Steam with 223,823 reviews.
