Ubisoft Restructures Into Creative Houses, With Son of CEO Yves Guillemot Leading First One

Ubisoft is set to reorganize into so-called Creative Houses, according to the company’s report on first-quarter 2025–26 sales.
According to the report, these new business unit entities will “enhance quality, focus, autonomy, and accountability while fostering closer connections with players.”
Founded in March 2025, Ubisoft’s Tencent-backed subsidiary, now led in part by the son of CEO Yves Guillemot as co-CEO and holding the rights to major franchises like Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, and Rainbow Six, will become the first of the new Creative Houses.
On top of that, the report revealed that by the end of the 2025–26 financial year, Ubisoft plans to release Anno 117: Pax Romana, the Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Mobile, also mobile title Tom Clancy’s The Division Resurgence, along with the Claws of Awaji expansion for Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
