Web3 multiplayer online strategy game Medieval Empires launched in early access on the Epic Games Store on July 21, 2025, for macOS and Windows PCs.
Developed and published by MoonGaming, the game, with a player economy built around NFTs, launched in open beta on May 14, 2024, followed by an early access release on Dec. 31, 2024, via HyperPlay and Ultra, as well as direct download from the official website for both macOS and Windows PCs.
In Medieval Empires, the story unfolds as the leader of the Kayi Turkic Tribe, Ertuğrul Gazi, faces off against the invading forces of English Crusaders led by the future King of England, Edward I, also known as Edward Longshanks and the Hammer of the Scots, who aims to expand the empire across Europe and Asia to the Holy Land.
As of now, the game features two playable clans, the English Crusaders and the Turkic faction, with additional confederations planned for release in 2025, according to the title’s roadmap.
The game’s developer is planning to release the title on mobile in beta mode in Q4 2025 and add a PvP mode in Q1 2026.
