Sony to Restock PlayStation 30th Anniversary Items Later This Year

|
- Sony has confirmed that there will be a restock of its 30th Anniversary PlayStation items in September.
- Fans will be able to pre-order their favorite items on July 23, with PS Plus subscribers being able to do so two days earlier.
- The 30th Anniversary Bundle was introduced last year.
PlayStation confirmed that there will be a restock of the 30th Anniversary PlayStation Portal, 30th Anniversary Digital Edition Console Bundle and 30th Anniversary DualSense Wireless Controllers on Sept. 9, 2025, for Canada and Sept. 29 for the UK.
The current release dates and the items that will be restocked are all over the place in this announcement. Wario64, an X user who usually posts deals on video games, also spotted a Facebook post from PlayStation mentioning that only the 30th Anniversary DualSense Wireless Controller will be restocked in the country and that it will be launching on Sept. 9.
What the posts seem to have agreed on is that fans will be able to pre-order the items on July 23. Those subscribed to PlayStation Plus will be able to pre-order a couple of days early on July 21 to be able to reserve theirs first.
The 30th Anniversary PlayStation 5 Bundle was first released last year, together with a few other additions to the PlayStation 5 itself. Themes celebrating the anniversary were also added, which were very popular among its fans. Sony removed it on Jan. 31, 2025, with the promise that it would consider bringing it back in the future.
