Assassin’s Creed Shadows is now available at its lowest price since launch as part of Amazon’s biannual flagship sale event, Prime Day, which started on July 8 and runs through July 11, 2025, with the second event scheduled for October.
The game is now available for $47.49, saving $22.50 off the original price of $69.99.
Set in 16th-century Japan, the game focuses on the standoff between the Assassin Brotherhood and the Templar Order through the perspectives of two protagonists: shinobi Fujibayashi Naoe and samurai Yasuke.
The 14th major installment in the Assassin’s Creed series and the successor to 2023’s Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Assassin’s Creed Shadows was developed by Ubisoft Quebec and published by Ubisoft for Windows and macOS PCs, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with a version for iPadOS planned for release at an unspecified date.
The game passed the 1-million-player mark on its launch day, March 20, 2025, and reached 2 million players two days later.
