The list of leaving titles includes popular games that achieved success on other platforms, such as Hades, the Monument Valley trilogy, Katana Zero, The Case of the Golden Idol, and The Rise of the Golden Idol.

Following the shuttering of its AAA studio, Team Blue, in 2024, and the change of its games department head, Netflix is doubling down on social, mobile-first games, aiming to reach a broader audience by embracing cloud-first, controller-free gaming with smartphones as the primary input devices. The company is still searching for a major direction for its gaming division, while its top title, GTA: San Andreas, has recently reached 48.3 million downloads.
