The Sims 4’s newly announced expansion pack, Enchanted by Nature, gives players the choice of transforming their characters into a fairy. Additionally, players can also fully customize their fairy Sims with new cosmetic additions to wings, ears, teeth, head accessories and more.
According to a press release published by Electronic Arts, talking about Enchanted by Nature, fairies have two paths: Harmonious and Discordant. The former leans more toward a helpful nature, while the latter creates mischief and chaos.
Players are also given new cosmetics to play around with, allowing them to fully customize their fairies’ wings, skin tones, ears, teeth, head accessories and glowing tattoos. For those seeking another kind of thrill, Fairies can use their Fairy Charm to deliver a special WooHoo.
The update is pretty hefty, with a lot of care put into the setting of the expansion pack and the mechanics of fairies. According to a report by EuroGamer, the last time Fairies were present in Sims was during Sims 3’s Supernatural expansion.
The Sims 4’s Enchanted by Nature Expansion Pack is coming out on July 10, 2025. It’s already available for pre-order, and those who buy it before Aug. 21, 2025, will receive decorative items to place in their gardens.
