Pokémon TCG Pocket servers completely crashed on June 12, 2025, preventing users from accessing the game. As of the time of writing, the game remains unavailable to play — the crash was confirmed on TCG Pocket’s official social media platforms. 

“It appears that the internet is experiencing some issues today. Many platforms and services are currently experiencing outages. Unfortunately, this includes our game as well. I’ve flagged this to our team and will update if any new information arises,” said Pokémon TCG Pocket in an X post, communicating openly regarding the crash.

Within the thread, users asked for compensation for the crash. Specifically, one user asked for extensions for the ongoing single-player battle event alongside wonderpick events. No compensation has been officially announced, but the social media representative did state that they will ask for the compensation. Updates regarding the server status are expected as the Pokemon Company works toward fixing their internet issues. 

The Pokémon TCG Pocket crash occurred during a widespread internet outage, which affected various popular online platforms, including Google Cloud, Discord, Spotify and other online services.
