“Rise to the challenge and join the hunt! In Monster Hunter Rise, the latest installment in the award-winning and top-selling Monster Hunter series, you’ll become a hunter, explore brand new maps and use a variety of weapons to take down fearsome monsters as part of an all-new storyline,” the game’s Steam overview reads.
The games being removed from the catalog are:
- Monster Hunter Rise
- Rogue Legacy 2
- Inscryption
- After Us
- Kayak VR: Mirage
- Avicii Invector
PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium have an additional catalog of games available for subscribers; Extra is a tier above Essential, and Premium is the highest subscription available. PlayStation Plus Essential, the cheapest plan, costs $9.99 a month or $79.99 yearly. PlayStation Plus is necessary for online play on both PlayStation 4 and 5.
