Renovation simulator developed and published by Frozen District set its previous record of 18,170 concurrent players on Steam on launch day, Dec. 14, 2023. A new record for the sequel to House Flipper (2018) amounts to 21,945.
The record was beaten due to the game’s free offering during the May 17–18, 2025, weekend and the launch of a free co-op DLC mode.
The game about flipping real estate by cleaning up and restoring houses was released for Windows PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, offering players a campaign in which they are given specific tasks to complete.
