WWE 2K25 First DLC ‘New Wave Pack’ Introduces New Characters

WWE 2K25 released its first wave of DLC, the “New Wave Pack.” The DLC adds new characters Stephanie Vaquer, Giulia, Alex Shelly and Chris Sabin. The expansion pack costs $9.99. A fifth character was marketed but was not released alongside the other four characters. The fifth character’s identity is being kept hidden.
“The celebrity guest character in the New Wave Pack will be revealed in an exciting announcement from WWE in the coming weeks. Can you guess who it is,” the game’s official X account posted.
The lack of the fifth marketed character upon the DLC’s release frustrated consumers.
As an apology for the delay of the hidden character, WWE handed out a locker code for 12,500 VC. Here is the locker code: CHACHING12500.
More DLC is coming, with the next pack, “Dunk and Destruction,” releasing on June 25. Dunk and Destruction is marketed to bring five more characters, alongside an appearance of three unnamed NBA players. Another celebrity guest is planned for the Fearless Pack.
WWE 2K25 was released on March 14, 2025, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. The title currently sits at “Mixed” overall reviews on Steam.
