Lost Soul Aside is rescheduled for release on Aug. 29, 2025. The upcoming action-adventure role-playing game developed by Ultizero Games with Sony Interactive Entertainment as the publisher will land on PlayStation 5 and PC three months later from the initial day of May 30, 2025.

The delay was announced on April 30, 2025, by game director Yang Bing via a post on X (formerly Twitter), ”We are truly grateful for the positive response we’ve received from players all over the world since we announced Lost Soul Aside. We remain committed to delivering a high-quality game experience. To match the standards Ultizero Games have set for ourselves, we are going to take some additional time to polish the game.”

It is known that Lost Soul AsideT will follow protagonist Kaser on a journey to save his sister, whose soul has been taken by interdimensional invaders known as Voidrax.

Development on Lost Soul Aside initially began around the end of 2014. Final Fantasy XV heavily inspired the game’s aesthetic, while the title’s hack-and-slash combat takes inspiration from Bayonetta, Ninja Gaiden and Devil May Cry.

Lost Soul Aside will support NVIDIA DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation and advanced ray tracing features. A month ago, NVIDIA demonstrated its flagship GPU, the GeForce RTX 5090, running the game at over 500 frames per second.
