Bandai Namco revealed their upcoming Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO Character pack 1 trailer, which showcases new playable characters, a selection of transformations, and a new costume. The DLC releases on April 24, 2025 – the early access for the DLC is now available, 72 hours prior to the official release.
Here are all the characters included in the DLC:
- Goku (Mini) Super Saiyan
- Vegeta (Mini)
- Vegeta (Mini) Super Saiyan
- Vegeta (Mini) Super Saiyan 2
- Vegeta (Mini) Super Saiyan 3
- Glorio
- Panzy
- Majin Kuu
The upcoming Sparking! ZERO Character Pack 1 is included as a part of the Sparking! ZERO season pass, thereby will not cost extra for those who have already purchased the $34.99 (USD) bundle. Early access is included with the season pass; the exact cost for the upcoming DLC has not been revealed yet. It is expected to be shown the day of release, therefore on April 24.
Dragon Ball DAIMA was initially released in 2024, serving as the last Dragon Ball title that Akira Toriyama directly contributed towards. The first season concluded, leaving the Dragon Ball franchise in a latent state, awaiting leadership direction for its foreseeable future. The DAIMA characters debuting in Sparking! ZERO are only a select few; there are many more that debuted in the series that have not made their way to the arena fighter.
