Katana ZERO is receiving a free DLC expansion, which adds new characters, levels, gameplay and story. The trailer presents the playable character opening what appears to be the gates of hell – the player character then zooms across the screen, slashing and destroying all his way. The release date for the Katana ZERO free DLC expansion has not been revealed.
Developed by Askiisoft, Katana ZERO has overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam, and costs $14.99 on the platform. The game is single player only, meaning cross-platforms play is not available. Katana ZERO received critical acclaim for its successful action-platforming mechanics and difficult but rewarding gameplay.
The 2D Platformer requires very little processing power to run – only requiring 1 GB ram and 200 MB available space. The title was initially released on April 18, 2019. The title is available on Nintendo Switch, Steam, and Xbox One.
