An Xbox System update crashed other title updates – preventing gamers from downloading patch files. The issue occurred on April 2, and according to the official Xbox Twitter account, has since supposedly resolved.
“We are aware that users may be experiencing issues completing title updates following a system update,” they initially communicated. Around one hour later, they shared “Users should once again be able to successfully complete title updates.”
Within the Twitter thread, multiple Xbox gamers commented that their updates were still not working. Xbox redirected comments of this nature to their Microsoft Twitter Support Page in “order to get a Direct Message regarding the issue.”
As of April 2 at 2:33 PST, the official Xbox status webpage shows that “all services are up and running.”
The Nintendo Switch 2 is not the only handheld on the horizon. Microsoft expressed their plans to release a handheld PC catered specifically for Xbox consoles – the initial announcement for Xbox’s gaming handheld was revealed with the codename ‘Keenan.’ Speculations of the future Xbox handheld are circulating the internet, with an ASUS and Xbox collaboration rumored.
