IGN Live is slated to happen on June 7-8, 2025. According to IGN, the event will be a “huge celebration” of games, movies, TV, comics, collectibles, and more.

The location of the event will be in downtown Los Angeles at Magic Box @ The Reef. While IGN’s website remains vague about what kind of celebrations and which publishers or developers will attend, Eurogamer has reported a few that have been confirmed.

Netflix, 2K Sports, Lenovo, and Arcade1Up have been confirmed to attend the event. The Eurogamer report also mentions that there will be playable games on PCs, consoles, and handheld devices at the event.

IGN Live’s event coincides with Summer Game Fest, an event that features tons of gameplay reveals as well as world first announcements. Summer Game Fest will start on June 6 and usually continues for a few days. With that being said, it’s unsure how the two will interact in terms of video game trailer releases and the like. Eurogamer’s report mentions that there will be even more announcements coming soon.

In February, IGN hosted a fan fest that showcased indie games coming to Xbox. 15 studios participated in the showcase.

Tickets are already available for purchase on the IGN Live website with limited price offers for early birds. Those who can’t go to the actual event can still watch the live stream that accompanies it.
