A newly registered web domain, p4re.jp, hints that a remake of Persona 4, a 2008 role-playing video game by Atlus, is on its way to release as 2 years ago, p3re.jp was registered, and 3 months later, Persona 3 Reload, a remake of Persona 3 was revealed.

The discovery was made by X (formally Twitter) user @ScrambledFaz, who revealed that the domain p4re.jp was officially registered on March 20, 2025.

Persona 3 Reload, a remake of Persona 3 (2006), the fourth main installment of the Persona series, was released in 2024 by Atlus. As of February 2024, the remake sold over 1 million copies worldwide within its first week, making it Atlus’ fastest-selling game.

It is worth noting that overall, by March 2024, the Persona series had sold over 22.6 million units globally. Since the release of the very first installment in the franchise Revelations: Persona in 1996 up to date the series includes 25 games.
